Domaine Elodie Roy is a young, family-run 10-hectare wine estate in Cheilly-les-Maranges that Elodie took over in 2018. Elodie Roy had previously worked at the Anne Gros wine estate in Vosne Romanée, where she stayed for almost 11 years. The family wine estate covers 10 hectares, with the vines mainly located in the south of the Côte de Beaune, on the border with the Côte Chalonnaise. The plots of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Aligoté are worked with respect for the plant and the terroir, and natural grassing is used.

As a Burgundian, she loves working her vines and winemaking. She also takes care of the sales side of the business, offering tastings to wine-lovers and sharing her passion for Burgundy terroirs.

In the cellar, there are no predefined rules, as Elodie likes to "play" with the percentage of whole-bunch harvest depending on the harvest and the parcels. Regional appellation wines are aged for 10 to 12 months. Village appellation wines, such as Maranges and Santenay, are aged slightly longer, between 12 and 16 months. Finally, Elodie works mainly with the DAMY cooperage and ages her wines in stainless steel vats, new oak barrels or 1, 2, 3 or 4 wines... but always with the right interpretation of what ageing in wood can bring to great Burgundy wines.

Elodie Roy produces 4 red Burgundies: Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Maranges La Rue des Pierres and Santenay 1er cru Les Gravières.

In white, she produces a Bourgogne Aligoté, a Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune and a Maranges.
