Vinified and aged in oak barrels for one year on fine lees, with regular stirring to best preserve the fruit of the vintage, Métisse reveals each vintage as naturally as possible. This champagne offers aromas of white fruit and citrus, as well as floral notes such as violet and hints of spice. The palate is lively and fresh.
