Adrien Renoir's Champagne Les 2 Terroirs is a remarkable rosé blend, combining the power of Pinot Noir from Verzy with the finesse of a red wine from Verzenay, two Grand Cru terroirs on the Montagne de Reims. This cuvée is composed of 95% Pinot Noir from Verzy, whose chalky soil brings minerality and freshness, and 5% red wine from Verzenay, adding a unique fruity and spicy dimension to the wine.

Mischler Philippe, sommelier at Mundovin : The blend is based mainly on grapes from the 2019 harvest, a particularly high-quality vintage, enriched by reserve wines that anchor the wine estate's singular identity. Winemaking and ageing on lees in oak barrels give the champagne a full, complex texture, while respecting the pure expression of the terroir. A low Extra Brut dosage of 0.8 g/L completes this cuvée, preserving the liveliness and precision of its flavors.

On the nose, Champagne Les 2 Terroirs reveals a beautiful complexity around notes of fresh red fruit, such as wild strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by spicy touches and subtle floral notes.

Fresh and mineral on the palate, this wine expresses great tension, supported by aromas of ripe fruit and fine spices. The structure is generous, with a long, elegant finish marked by slightly saline and chalky nuances, typical of the Verzy and Verzenay terroirs.
