The champagne Terroirs du domaine Agrapart is faithful to the style of the domain. Pascal Agrapart, the winemaker offers an interpretation of his vision of the terroir. It assembles with a great thoroughness its four plots from the big crus d'Avize, Oger, Craming and Oiry. The assembly always comes from two different vintages in order to maintain a certain freshness and obtain a great aromatic complexity. As usual, the estate Agrapart has cared its breeding since the wine spent more than 3 years in bottle. The wine is harmonious and the mouth patinated, a superb champagne with a balance and a unique accuracy.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : La cuvée Terroirs de Pascal Agrapart serves as an example on champagne in the assembly of very different terroirs. Indeed, it is thanks to a great family know-how that the Agrapart domain has been able to develop in order to to bring his vision of the truth of the terroir. It is a cuvée more accessible in the youth, with more greed than the cuvée 7 crus but even less depth than the cuvée Mineral, is indisputable.

On the nose, champagne develops notes of linden, dacacias, grapefruit zest, green tea. A surprising opening for a wine of this range, it is complex and fresh, beautiful.

In the palate, the bubble is fresh in attack, cereal notes, slightly pastry touches but also a superb touch of mouth comforts me in the idea that it is the most favorable champagne in the youth.
