Domaine Agapé 's Pinot Blanc Expression is one of the most delicate cuvées in this collection of naturally fruity grape varieties. This Pinot Blanc draws its finesse from a blend of plots spread between Riquewihr and Ribeauvillé, in the heart ofAlsace. The vines, on average 25 years old, thrive on clay-limestone soils, which give Pinot Blanc its natural elegance and well-balanced freshness. Cultivated according to the principles of organic viticulture and harvested by hand, this cuvée features minimalist winemaking: gentle pressing and ageing on fine lees before bottling, without new wood.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : Pinot Blanc Expression is captivating in its aromatic clarity. Its discreet generosity plays on simplicity to better reveal the fruit, without looking for artifice. A wine for sharing, it lends itself equally well to a light aperitif and to fine food and wine pairings.

On the nose, the wine opens with a delicate floral harmony of lime blossom, elderberry, verbena and honeysuckle, offering a hint of delicate aromatic freshness.

The palate is characterized by controlled suppleness, where the material glides smoothly over the palate. The acidity is not very pronounced, but nevertheless structures the whole, underlining the wine's fresh, thirst-quenching character. The velvety texture confers a fine roundness, without yielding to heaviness. The elegant, persistent finish prolongs the impression of lightness and purity typical of Alsace Pinot Blanc
