Produced in minute quantities, it comes from a tiny parcel located on the prestigious Grand Cru Pfersigberg, in Wettolsheim, in the heart ofAlsace wine country. South-facing and protected by the Vosges mountains, this limestone-sandstone terroir offers ideal conditions for a grape variety as demanding as Pinot Noir, enabling slow, complete ripening. Named "Grand P" in homage to the Grand Cru in which it is grown, this wine was born of the wine estate's determination to elevate Alsace Pinot Noir to the rank of the great European expressions. Biodynamic viticulture, a cornerstone of the Domaine Albert Mann philosophy, preserves the life of the soil and faithfully reflects the identity of the land. On the nose, the wine immediately seduces with its ripe fruit: juicy raspberry, bright blackcurrant, and a delicious blackberry and black plum jelly intertwine.
