Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin: "The Muscat Réserve from Domaine Meyer Fonné is the epitome of Alsace Muscat. As pure as it is direct, it combines intense fruit with a remarkably balanced, unpretentious structure, giving the impression of biting straight into the fresh grape. Exuberant without being heavy, the wine retains a freshness and expressiveness that place it among the ranks of exceptional Muscats.

The nose, delicate and floral, recalls the grape itself, between fruity sweetness and herbaceous vivacity. Aromas of honeysuckle, lemon blossom and fresh grapes dominate, fleshed out by musky notes of grape skin and a hint of minerality.

The palate is taut with beautifully slender, airy acidity, where flavors of ripe, crisp grapes, yellow lemon and white flowers blossom. The intensity of the flavors is exalted by the finesse of the acidity, which thrills the taste buds on a juicy finish.
