This parcel-based cuvée favors roundness and delicacy to offer a complex, comforting aromatic palette evoking baked apple, floral honey and a light touch of hay. Although its character is close to that of a semi-dry cider, the acidity of the fruit remains intact, enabling this cuvée to maintain a fine balance. It's a comfort cider, full-bodied and warm, reflecting a great respect for the raw material and a fine research into ripeness.
