Champagne Fleury Blanc de Noirs is the cuvée that epitomizes the house style. A generous, vinous, gourmand champagne. It is vinified in enamelled vats and oak foudres, giving it a light woody touch. The champagne is dosed at 6g/l, making it ideal for an aperitif dinner, for example. This champagne is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown on the Côte des Bars. The vines are around 25 years old, giving superb substance and aromatic expression. The Blanc de Noirs cuvée is the most affordable from the Fleury wine estate.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin: Maison Fleury is a pioneer in biodynamic agriculture in the Champagne region. This blanc de noirs champagne has a depth and minerality rarely found in pinot noirs from the Côte des Bars. It's the ideal champagne for an aperitif with friends or family. But it can also be enjoyed with certain fresh fruit-based desserts.

The nose of this blanc de noirs, nicknamed BN by Maison Fleury, is explosive, revealing notes of dried fruit (hazelnut, almond), a hint of pastry due to ageing, and a lemony freshness that adds the necessary sparkle.

On the palate, the attack is supple and silky, with notes of star anise and preserved lemons. There are also notes of ripe yellow fruit, such as apricot and peach. This champagne is best served between 8 and 9°C.
