With the cuvée Résilience, Domaine Partagé Gilles Berlioz produces a high-altitude Chignin-Bergeron as luminous as it is profound. Produced from the clay-limestone soils rich in limestone scree of a south-facing parcel , this white wine is made from Roussanne grown biodynamically on the hillside.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : The Résilience cuvée from Domaine Partagé Gilles Berlioz illustrates the character of Roussanne in a very pure way. It stands out for its straightforwardness, brilliance and intensity. A wine with a perfectly balanced character, at once sunny and alpine, greedy and lively, made for the table and for laying down.

The nose immediately seduces with its ripe, generous aromas of apricot, vine peach, candied orange and white flowers. Gourmet notes of fresh butter, sweet almond and fine honey complete this intense bouquet. After oxygenation, the wine blossoms with deep mineral scents, between chalk and graphite.

The palate is full-bodied and enveloping, enlivened by salivating mineral acidity. The body is silky, perfectly carrying the roundness of the fruit and floral aromas. The acid framework energizes the whole, giving it remarkable tension and momentum. The fine bitterness of the finish prolongs the pleasure.
