Maxime Magnon 's Rozeta cuvée embodies the very essence of Corbières , combining finesse and character. A blend of Grenache Noir, Carignan and Cinsault, it reflects the expertise of a passionate winemaker who has been based in Villeneuve-les-Corbières since 2002. Originally from Burgundy, Maxime Magnon has transposed Burgundian techniques to the Languedoc terroir, notably through whole-cluster winemaking and minimal use of sulfur. His vines, over 50 years old, are grown organically on schist and clay-limestone soils at an altitude of 200 meters. Winemaking is carried out with indigenous yeasts, without fining or filtration, and the wine is aged in oak barrels.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : Rozeta is a Languedoc cuvée firmly rooted in its terroir, yet surprisingly fresh. This wine has it all: the greediness of Grenache Noir, the rustic, noble structure of Carignan, and the seductive floral touch of Cinsault. It's one of those Languedoc reds that have nothing to envy the great names: everything is just right, sincere and luminous. Rozeta is Maxime Magnon's most free and masterful expression.

On the nose, Rozeta reveals intense aromas of red fruits, led by raspberries and wild strawberries. On aeration, hints of garrigue, dried flowers and discreet smoky notes complete this expressive bouquet.

On the palate, its ample, well-balanced structure combines ripe fruit with freshness, offering great drinkability. The silky texture and delicate tannic structure support the vibrant freshness of this particularly well-mastered blend. The homogeneity of the grape varieties is noteworthy, each playing its role with precision. The long, elegant finish evokes stone fruit, a hint of smoke and a slight bitterness that prolongs the pleasure.
