The Faustine rosé Vieilles Vignes from Domaine Comte Abbatucci is named after Jean-Charles Abbatucci’s daughter. Created to celebrate her birth, this cuvée is now the cornerstone of the estate’s lineup, available in red, rosé, and white. This cuvée is characterized by its freshness and distinct character. Cultivated according to biodynamic principles and vinified without artificial interventions or excessive technical manipulation, it seeks above all to preserve the purity of the fruit and the elegance of the Corsican terroir.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin: The Faustine Rosé Vieilles Vignes from Domaine Comte Abbatucci is undoubtedly the most sun-kissed and instinctive cuvée from this iconic Corsican family. It is an approachable and indulgent rosé that can be enjoyed right now for its aromatic brilliance, yet whose depth embodies the soul of the estate’s great wines.

The nose is very subtle, with notes of citrus and red fruits, featuring delicate aromas of fresh strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by floral notes.

The palate is silky and very supple, exuding a subtle hint of English candy, dominated by peach and apricot, all subtlety and finesse. Lively and balanced, with a subtle briny quality, the wine coats the palate with a thirst-quenching lightness that lingers into a refreshing finish. A true invitation to conviviality!
