On the nose, the wine opens with an aromatic palette of ripe white fruit, white flowers and a hint of aniseed. A discreet background of dried fruit and a hint of smoke add complexity. Discreet ageing frames without masking the expression of the grape variety.

The palate is ample from the outset, with a coherent balance between fatness and tension. The well-constructed body develops aromas of orchard fruit, citrus zest and dried herbs.
