The Miss Terre VT cuvée from the Les Vignes de Paradis wine estate is an ultra-exclusive cuvée produced in an edition of around 1,500. It is a late harvest of Petite Arvine, a variety native to Switzerland that ripens late and produces exotic, gourmet wines. It is a grape variety that is increasingly rare in France, where yields are low.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : Miss Terre VT is a creation by Dominique Lucas, who has succeeded in surprising us with a rare grape variety: Petite Arvine. In my opinion, it' s one of the top 10 most original moelleux wines in France , and richly deserves its position.

On the nose, the wine opens with intense notes of passion fruit, hints of pink grapefruit, lemon peel and white peach. The bouquet is of rare complexity.

The palate is full-bodied, racy and expresses itself with great intensity. The symbiosis of substance, acidity and minerality is simply magnificent. The whole is perfectly supported by lovely saline touches and a hint of bitterness. The finish is greedy and interminable.
