The Liste, Terlo, Baudana, Ravera di Monforte, Gabutti and Mosconi crus make up this great Barolo Via Nuova. On the nose, this wine transports us into several different worlds. The wine reveals notes of macerated black cherry, rose petals, blueberry, spices and a hint of menthol. This is a great Barolo, harmonious, pure and fine, with incredible length.

This Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc cuvée is a blend from six terroirs. Vinified and aged in oak barrels for one year on fine lees, with regular stirring to best preserve the fruit of the vintage, Métisse reveals each vintage as naturally as possible. This champagne offers aromas of white fruit and citrus, as well as floral notes such as violet and hints of spice. The palate is lively and fresh.
The Granit red 2023 is a red wine from Ajaccio made from old Sciaccarellu vines grown on granite-rich sandy soil, aged for twelve months in large oak vats. The bold fruit and mineral tension characteristic of the Taravo terroir deliver a remarkable expression of this island red , best enjoyed by 2029.
